QuickCode Solutions LTD ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through quickcode.store. We comply with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
1. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly via our contact form, email, phone, or messaging apps, including:

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
2. How and why we use your data (legal bases)

3. Sharing your data

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact. Client and accounting records are kept for at least 6 years as required by UK law. Marketing contact lists are kept until you unsubscribe.

We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months and do not knowingly sell or share data of minors under 16.
8. Email communications & CAN-SPAM
We comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act. Every commercial email we send identifies us accurately, includes our valid physical postal address, and provides a clear, working unsubscribe option. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or on our Unsubscribe page.
